Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Iceland's Reykjavik. She is a CrossFit professional athlete. She is also a coach as well as instructor for Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie became the very first female ever to win CrossFit Games on two occasions. Her second place was both in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion, and a popular media figure. The media acclaim she earned came from her becoming the first woman who been awarded two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. The winner of The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie as well as her parents and siblings were all born and raised in Reykjavik Iceland. When she was a kid, she was always a lover of exercise and sports. She participated in many school activities and won a number of medals. The year 2009 saw Annie Thorisdottir took part in the CrossFit game in California. Annie Thorisdottir at the time of her 2021 birthday, is aged 31. She is 5' 7" tall and weighs about 67 kg. Annie started with her CrossFit journey in 2009 California. She performed well in initial games and finished within the top 10 of 70. The team was unable to earn any titles, and ended up 11th on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. under the direction of Jami Tikkanen, Annie placed second in CrossFit Games and was awarded a Silver medal that same year. After a year full of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performance earned her the title. Annie also won her place in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her outstanding performance. It was her first time as a female athlete to win two CrossFit Games at once. She also took home a gold. And in 2021, she won a bronze. Annie is presently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, which she started in the year 2000. In the last few years, as an athlete Annie is a model for a number of brands in sports, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae among many other. Some 2,000 people have subscribed to her self-titled Youtube Channel, where training videos along with travel vlogs, family and training videos are posted.
