Dwayne is the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne also has a heart to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a part on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He has written numerous online publications as well as co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling: changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne was married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
